Reckless gray pickup reported on Newport Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a possible reckless driver in a gray Dodge pickup truck heading south on Newport Highway near Mount Spokane Park Drive and the Costco area, possibly the same vehicle reported earlier.
