Postal van electrical short with no active fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near NW Del Monte Drive in McMinnville for a small postal van where the occupants were already out. Crews investigated a possible minor electrical short in the driver-side control panel, found no active fire, and worked to disconnect the vehicle battery.
