Downed power lines on cars on Caldwell Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of multiple utility lines down across Caldwell Street in McMechen, possibly still live, resting on at least two parked vehicles and a tree. The area was secured while utility workers were notified and some responding units were later canceled.
