As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units respond to Irwin Bay Cottages on Route 394 near West Lake Road for a male who was reported down, unresponsive, and not breathing, with CPR in progress and later reports that he may be breathing again. The man’s age was reported inconsistently over the radio.
