As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report that a woman’s vehicle was struck near Route 28 and Highfield Drive. The caller later met them near a west gate off Quinacquit, possibly by North Glen. She also reported finding a box with an address that may identify where some dumped trash came from.
