Search for shirtless man near Maple and Elwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a follow-up search near Maple Street and Elwood Avenue for a reportedly shirtless man who had left a scene. An officer briefly stopped a male on a bicycle near Elwood and Main, but it was determined he was not the person they were looking for, and the search apparently continued in the area.
