Driver reports sideswipe and fleeing vehicle

Can you head to the Dunkin' Donuts in Marlborough on East Hampton Road? A lady got sideswiped on Route 2 and followed the other driver there, but now the driver's leaving and she's unable to get a plate due to it being dirty.
