Suspect assaults customers with sign on Lincoln Boulevard

A male suspect in a brown jacket and gray shorts reportedly broke glass, threw glass at customers, and assaulted someone with a yellow sign before leaving toward Maxella Avenue. Units then report the suspect in custody near the area of 28th Street and Figueroa.
