Car blocking crosswalk with person asleep inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report of a vehicle possibly involved in a prior collision that is blocking a crosswalk near the 200 block of 224th Place Southeast in Maple Valley, with a woman inside who appears to be sleeping. No weapons were reported.
