Reckless driver reported on Highway 9 near Manly

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a red Dodge Journey driving erratically westbound on Highway 9 near Manly, reportedly swerving, nearly hitting mailboxes and other vehicles. The driver was identified over the radio, and units were dispatched to the area.
