Wire lying across driveway on State Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews from Manchester and Shortsville were dispatched to a reported wire laying across a driveway on State Street near Bennett Avenue in Manchester, New York. The type of wire was unknown, and responders were later advised the call was non-emergency. A separate call mentioned a female customer screaming inside a store at a shopping area on State Route 5 and 20 in Geneva.
