one more thing. If someone has found a child and the parents are notified I dont think there should be extra chances to do it again. There are to many predators and not enough law enforcement but kids need guidance....not parents that forget they have kids

The police department is doing the best they can David. They didnt make these people turn out like they did ....that's on society because when these ppl were making mistakes no one stepped up and showed them how to correct it themselves

Enough is enough is enough is enough!!!! This shit show in this dump ever going to end!! Been going on for decades!! Neglect of children, shoplifting, robbery, violence,domestic violence etc!!
