Reckless driver reported on westbound I-90 near Magnolia

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received reports of a black Cadillac sedan driving erratically on westbound I-90 near Magnolia, weaving across lanes and onto the shoulder. A follower vehicle remained behind to provide updates to dispatch.
