Intoxicated man walking with weapon on road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to Hub Quarter Road near Fairway Drive and Poplar Drive for a report of an apparently intoxicated man stumbling by the roadway and carrying a weapon. The caller reported asking him to put the weapon away and that he refused.
