Suspicious vehicles shine headlights toward house

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suspicious condition at Canal Park near West Shore Boulevard and Whitbeck Road, involving two parked vehicles with headlights shining toward a nearby house. Units were assigned and some were later told they could disregard while another unit checked the area.
