They're advising say one way streets and there were a lot of subjects on electric bicycles going in and out of the area.

And there was a male subject, black male, white tank top.

Caller was backing into her driveway after coming home and the male subject on the electric bike almost.

She's now advising that that male's over at (number withheld) currently.
