Suspicious person hiding in bushes on Columbia Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possibly suspicious individual walking northbound along Columbia Highway near a residence. The person was reportedly wearing a tie-dye hoodie, blue jeans, and carrying a gray backpack. A welfare check was requested.
