Traffic backup on I-95 south near Route 128

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple complaints of dead-stop traffic for over 30 minutes on I-95 south near exit 59 by Main Street in Lynnfield. Units were sent to check for a possible disabled vehicle or lingering traffic hold after an earlier escort or motorcycle unit had stopped traffic.
