Infant choking call near S Shelby St later canceled (no EMS needed)

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a medical call near S Shelby St (near E Chestnut St/E Madison St) for a 3‑month‑old reportedly choking on milk. The child was breathing, and Engine 9 later advised no EMS was needed and other responders could be canceled.
