Adult trauma with L1 fracture reported in Louisville

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to 3rd Street in Louisville for an apparent adult trauma involving a possible L1 spinal fracture. Unit R1 was reported en route from the emergency room with the patient.
