Vehicle crashes into home causing structure fire

Fire crews respond to a structure fire near N Ardmore Ave in Los Angeles. A vehicle has gone through the front bay window of a home and into the living room, damaging the structure. Multiple engines, trucks, and rescue units arrive, secure a nearby dump truck, and perform fire attack, roof operations, and primary search of the first and second floors. Residents are sheltered in place and then escorted out. One person is treated by medical crews and is reported to be conscious and breathing. Smoke from the attic is light and firefighters report that the fire appears to be under control while they check the attic and open up areas such as the kitchen to ensure there is no further fire spread.
