Dispute over driveway leads to reported assault

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a delayed dispute at an apartment near Stephenson Avenue, where a woman reportedly punched the caller during an argument over a blocked driveway. The situation was no longer active. There was also a report of a woman in the area who had recently fallen and returned from the hospital, now appearing disoriented and having trouble communicating, and EMS was notified.
