Person with Parkinson's found unconscious but breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, a person was found unconscious but breathing near South Woodcrest Avenue in Longport. They later appeared conscious but heavily altered and vomiting, with a history of Parkinson's disease. EMS and firefighters responded to the scene.
