Boat reported speeding in no wake zone at lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, rangers at Highline Lake State Park received a complaint about a white speed boat with a red canopy pulling a yellow and red tube that was reportedly starting in a no wake zone on the north side of the lake and then speeding up while towing a rider. Crews coordinated to watch the area and identify the vessel, but when they observed it the boat was not actively violating the no wake zone.
