Car stranded in rising water at creek crossing

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue crews responded to a vehicle partially submerged near the creek crossing on Meadows Ford Road in the Russellville Loman Fire jurisdiction. The driver reported that water was rising inside the silver sedan. Multiple units, including command and patrol vehicles, were on scene.
