Seventy-year-old woman unconscious with stroke symptoms

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a possible medical emergency involving a seventy-year-old woman near Mary Knoll Circle, reported to be unconscious and not breathing with stroke-like symptoms and a recent TIA.
