Reckless drivers swerving on I-580 near First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of multiple vehicles driving recklessly on eastbound I-580 near First Street in Livermore, including a silver Mercedes sedan, a dark SUV, and a dark Infiniti sedan swerving and cutting off other vehicles. A passenger was reportedly hanging their legs outside one of the vehicles.
