Snake reported in backyard determined false alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a reported snake problem at a residence on East Sierra Vista Avenue, which was later canceled as a false alarm, and to a separate possible unconscious person at a location on South Mohave Center Boulevard.
