As discussed during the dispatch call, a 54-year-old male with chest pain is being transferred from a children's emergency room to Arkansas Heart Hospital. The patient received aspirin that helped slightly and had normal EKG, X-ray, and lab results on initial assessment. Vital signs include a heart rate of 82, blood pressure of 161 over 83, and oxygen saturation at 98 percent on room air. The patient has refused an IV. Arrival at the hospital is expected in about 10 to 15 minutes. Further orders will be given upon arrival.
