Intoxicated man with beer outside GoMart

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated man standing outside a convenience store in Little Hocking, Ohio. The caller, an employee of the store, said the man was holding a beer and may have arrived in a silver Dodge SUV.
