Traffic stop on red motorcycle with no license plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a red motorcycle with no license plate displayed in the driveway of a residence near Maiden Lane. The rider appeared cooperative, and other responding units were told they could slow their response after it was believed the rider had simply forgotten to attach the plate.
