Man yelling and cursing outside bank on East Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of a suspicious man near a bank on East Main Street. The caller reported a white male with long dirty hair, wearing a gray shirt and black pants, screaming and cussing and possibly posing a danger to the public while pushing a bicycle toward nearby fast food locations.
