Bucket blocking roadway near railroad bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised about a report of a bucket lying in the roadway on a ramp near a railroad bridge on Railroad St in Lincolnton, possibly creating a traffic hazard. The reporting driver was unable to stop at the scene.
