Citizen assist after unsafe juvenile e-bike riding, Ligonier IN

00:00

Can you start me a call at (number withheld) High Street?

00:03

It's going to be in reference to a juvenile on an e-bike.

00:09

You can just list it as a citizen assist.

00:10

I followed him home, talked to his parents about the e-bike, what he shouldn't be doing.

00:15

I saw him driving on the roadway and blow multiple stop signs.

00:18

So I had a conversation, they should be clear on what he can and can't do on it.

00:22

Once you get that, stop.

00:23

Or you can close it out.
