Stray dogs damaging property on West 900 North

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an animal complaint about two stray dogs that reportedly enter a property near West 900 North in Ligonier and cause damage. The caller reports the dogs, described as a small gray dog and a medium-sized tan and brown boxer mix, are not currently on the property but have been seen on camera on prior occasions.
