Can you go to 11 Young Street? I don't know exactly what's going on. I had a call 911 saying I could not understand her. She had a very thick accent. I think she said someone was in her backyard, but then the phone went dead. 11 Young Street. One. Two. Four control. Come in. Spoke with the RP. She stated they were concerned that individual was taking photos of children walking around the parking lot, shouting she worked for the FBI. She did get in that vehicle and take off. They tried to get, they appeared to be in a driver and they tried to get him to wait, but he would not. She's going to be G.A. All time to locate that vehicle. Units are clear. Pardon.

Thought a four and four and three. Four? Three. If you're up to 110, well, in the parking lot, I'm pulled right near the entrance. See if you're going to locate an Asian female, 45 to 50 years old, wearing blue pants, sneakers, and carrying a blue suitcase. Apparently she's acting erratic near the entrance, taking pictures of people. At one point, she opened somebody's car door and was taking pictures inside the car. Call comes from one of the employees in the building who saw this on her way in. As I was getting off the phone with her, she said she was getting into a white SUV. A smaller one, that's all I have for a vehicle description. Apparently she was speaking to somebody else who was standing outside the car. Four have it.

He stated a window is broken and the back door is swung open. The description he gave me was three juveniles, one Hispanic male on a black bike, wearing a black shirt, and two girls, one of them wearing a white top. He lives at 664 Merritt Road. He stated it's the house next to him. He could not give me an address. He'll be waiting outside. Far as it? Can you say which way they left at all? That's a negative. He just stated one of them had a bike. The other two did not have a bike so they're on foot.
