Claims that on the 23rd of July, she was here and used the self-service bay, then immediately went to a vacuum, and she believes at some point after going to get coins, someone took $300 from her car. Reviewed video footage with the general manager, (name withheld), and confirms that she was here at 1211 on that day and left at 1231. However, she seemed going down eastbound on Mass Ave, never used the vacuums, and she was in possession of her car the whole time she was washing it. I might have lost it at the mall where she was before she came here. Clear. All right. Last name, (name withheld), with a date of birth of July 28, 1993.
