Tractor trailer hits guardrail on turnpike

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a white tractor trailer with a silver trailer apparently struck a guardrail on the eastbound expressway near mile marker 316 and continued before pulling onto the shoulder. There is debris at the impact site and the vehicle may need to be towed.
