Resident finds lighted backpack left on porch

Ten 17 that lives there said she heard a weird music noise from outside.

She went out on the porch and there is a small Adidas bag, backpack style, that's on her porch and she said it lit up.

She does not see anyone around and she's afraid to move it or anything.
