Hit-and-run crash involving two pickup trucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible hit-and-run involving a red Ford pickup reportedly struck by a white Ford pickup near Franklin Avenue by the baseball fields at Tennessee Tech. The white truck apparently left the scene and was last seen heading west with a broken right rear tail light.
