Woman has panic attack at funeral, refuses EMS

As discussed during the dispatch call, there was a report of a 911 hang-up during a funeral at Oak Ridge Baptist Church. A female patient may have had a panic attack and refused EMS. Units were requested to be on standby near Highway 704 East.
