Man has seizure and stops breathing at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at an apartment near Walnut Street in Lawrenceville for a 35-year-old man who reportedly had a seizure, was initially unconscious and not breathing, and then began breathing again.
