Woman hit in head during apartment disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to an apparent disturbance at an apartment near Crestview Road, where a woman was reportedly hit in the head with a fist. Law enforcement was already on scene and EMS units were sent to assist.
