Elderly woman falls and hits head with breathing issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly female apparently fell near South Main Street and Sixth Avenue, hitting her head. She is conscious but has a head injury and difficulty breathing. She is on blood thinners. The cause of the fall is unknown. Emergency services are responding.
