Car facing wrong way with rear end in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a vehicle was reported to have turned the wrong way near Little Grove Road and Highway 320. The rear of the vehicle was sticking into the roadway, but the driver indicated they were uninjured and planning to call for a tow truck.
