Smoke and fire alarm with unresponsive resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews were dispatched to a home near Luna Circle for a possible smoke and fire alarm activation. Security staff reported a resident on the line who was not speaking after using a panic and medical alarm keypad.
