Shots fired with barricaded subject reported in Lapwai area

As discussed during the dispatch call, a shots-fired incident was reported near Woodpecker Ln in the Lapwai area. Responders were told the subject may be intoxicated and is barricaded inside. Units were directed to stage near Industrial Ln and Webb Rd and respond without lights or sirens.
