There's a white female, age 34, with blonde hair, wearing a white jacket and red shirt. Seems like she was either in talks or on 3,500 and had children in the Jeep. We had officers go out there and the vehicle that proceeded to take off eastbound, a black Jeep, possibly a Liberty with a loud exhaust. The plate we got was, I would X-ray, Zebra, 2756.
