As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly intoxicated man in the roadway near a residence on Sixth Street. The man, described as wearing jeans, a black shirt, and a wool hat, reportedly stepped into the road and claimed a car had hit him before walking north on the street.
