Suspicious unoccupied car reported near rural mailbox

As discussed during the dispatch call, a vehicle check was requested after an unoccupied vehicle, possibly a maroon Volkswagen, was reported parked in front of a mailbox near W 391st St. The caller said an elderly relative had just arrived home and found the vehicle there. A tag check returned a prior bulletin indicating the registered owner was previously linked to a trespassing incident involving fishing and shooting firearms on private property.
